The Boing Boing Guide to OS X NetBooks

December 18th, 2008 by SJC | Filed under Links.

Rob Beschizza of Boing Boing — the website for people who like to pirate stuff are opposed to the unfair restrictions placed on digital media by DRM — has produced the above at-a-glance guide to getting OS X up and running on a variety of NetBooks. (He obviously doesn’t believe that Apple will be announcing their own NetBook at MacWorld in January. Silly man.) It covers eight of the most popular models, including my personal favourite, the GigaByte M912. Check out the comments on both linked articles for other users’ experiences, but be warned that you proceed at your own risk.
